Taper button bit is widely used for various applications in mining, quarrying and construction for small hole drilling.

It is mainly used on handheld pneumatic rock drill with tapered drill rod.   As an upgraded product of the chisel drill bits and cross drill bits, the tapered button bits have better drilling effection and longer service life due to the tungsten carbide buttons. The most common taper degrees include 7°, 11° and 12°. TF Drills produces all our taper button bits with premiun steel and processing them by hot insertion technology to ensure ideal hardness and abrasive resistance on bit and maximize the lifespan.

The sizes of taper button   bits can vary significantly depending on the specific requirements of the drilling operation. Diameters 32mm, 34mm, 36mm, 38mm, 40mm, and 42mm are being frequently used.
